How reliable are your results?
We use one of the UK’s leading laboratories that’s both a fully accredited UKAS 15189 laboratory and certified by the CQC. Using state of the art equipment to process your home samples to the highest accuracy.
How long does it take to receive my results?
Once you’ve completed your sample and posted it, after our free 24 hour shipping arrives with our lab, they aim to turn it around within 48 hours of receiving the sample, as long as it’s a week day.
How secure are your results?
Your data security and privacy is our upmost importance. All of our files are sent directly from our lab in an encrypted file which is uploaded directly to our servers into your account. You’ll be notified once your results have arrived, of which only you will be able to view.
How many tests can I do?
Whilst our lab can only extract 3 tests from one microtainer, you’re more than welcome to order more which we can send multiple kits should you wish to.
How does your test differ from an NHS blood test?
The main difference between our Blood Tests and one you can do on the NHS is convenience - our blood test can be done in the comfort of your home and returned to us via your nearest post box, so you decide where and when you do it! We also work with a UKAS-accredited lab, whereas many NHS laboratories don't yet have this accreditation as they use older machines that are sometimes less accurate.
