We love the products we’ve made, and we think you will too. If you find that you're unhappy for any reason, please do the following:

 

30-day money back guarantee policy:

 

Our 30 day money back guarantee is only valid for orders with a UK postcode and applicable to a single product order only.


International orders do not qualify for a 30-day money back guarantee policy.

 

When you order your first box with us and for some reason decide you do not like the product or feel it is not working for you, we are happy to issue a full refund within the first 30 days after you have made the initial purchase.

Please note our refund policy does not cover any shipping costs.

How to claim:

 

1. Get in contact with us at info@alyvewellness.com detailing you would like to return your item and get a full refund within 30 days of purchasing.

2. You can return your product in the original shipping box that was sent to you by writing over your address "RETURN TO SENDER" and posting it in any Royal Mail or Post Office. If you do not have the box you will need to return your bottle via another method to:

3. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to process back in your account once we have received your product. You will be refunded the full amount excluding the shipping costs.

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

  1. Only your most recent order can be returned.
  2.  Refunds will not be processed until you receive a confirmation email.
  3. It can take up to 3-10 business days (depending on your bank) to receive your refund by the same payment method used for the purchase.
  4. We provide one refund per account.
  5. If you decide to return an item to us using a provider other than Royal Mail, please let us know the name of the carrier and tracking number in advance so we can locate the item just in case it goes missing.
  6. International returns are currently not accepted
  7. If you are returning more than one item, please use tracked postage and inform us of the tracking number.
  8. All refund requests past the 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible.
